The Fondazione MultiMedica ONLUS was founded in 2004 with the goal of promoting and sustaining scientific research, professional and cultural education, and sponsor the return of Italian researchers living and working abroad by awarding postgraduate research scholarships. 

For the achievement of these goals, the Foundation is focusing on the following activities:

• Participate in research programs with funds from research contributions or contracts both individually and with worthy students and qualified scientific organizations
• Promote the realization of scientific meetings and study conferences, congresses, events, exhibitions
•  Build scientific libraries and data banks
• Disseminate the technical and scientific culture within the diverse branches of science
