Booking through the Web MultiMedica’s Internet site(www.multimedica.it) has a dedicated area where users and patients can book any one of the available ambulatory services delivered by our facilities Simple instructions will guide you through the request procedure and our CUP (Booking Center) staff will contact you within 24 hours to complete the reservation All facilities offer the option to book services covered by the SSN (National Healthcare Service) or as a private (fee based) patient, with the exception of the Multi-Specialty Ambulatory Center in Piazza della Repubblica, reserved for fee based services. To ensure a correct booking procedure, be sure to have the following documents when contacting us: Request from the family doctor (general practice) or from a specialized MD; Healthcare card (libretto sanitario – only for services covered by SSN) or Carta Regionale dei Servizi Sanitari (Regional Healthcare Services Document).

Bookings - urgent but schedulable over time
In case of bookings that are “urgent but schedulable” over time you can either go directly to the booking office or fax within 48 hours from the issue date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) the prescription with the green stamp , that the prescribing doctor will have added. 
Durante la fase di prenotazione sarà cura dell’operatore del CUP fornirle le indicazioni necessarie per una eventuale preparazione da seguire per una ottimale esecuzione dell’esame richiesto (si veda ad esempio: TAC, Risonanza Magnetica, Ecografia, Endoscopia, etc.). During booking procedures, the CUP operator will provide whatever preparatory information may be required for optimal performance of the requested test (for example: CT, RMI, Sonogram, Endoscopy, etc.). If your booking is done over the phone or through the Web, you will receive the preprinted info sheet via fax or email.
