Discharge
Discharge must be authorized by a physician of the department. Upon discharge patients are given a health report to be delivered to their family doctor or general care physician. If a follow-up/dressing examination is required, patients will be contacted by the Operating Unit administrative assistant’s office for the appointment dates. Patients can pay their hospital and accommodation services bill at the Admission Registration Cashier’s Office. MultiMedica group provides patients and their families support and assistance to sort out any issues arising upon discharge.

Medical Case History
Patients can request a copy of their medical case history from the admissions registration office located on the ground floor, by filling in the appropriate form. Requests can be ordinary (within 40 days) or urgent (within 15 days) with varying rates based on timing. The same office will issue certificates stating the period of hospitalization experienced.
