Admission
Admission Registration - admin:
The Admissions registration procedure is as follows: SSN admissions from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 6 pm (5 pm in Castellanza) at the registration area located on the ground floor of the facility.
Admission Registration – hospitalization:
Only after the administrative registration has been completed the patient will be accompanied by the administrative representative of the specific Operating Unit, to the department admitting the patient
Required Documents
Patients are required to bring the following documents:
- admission referral from family doctor, general practitioner, or pediatrician
- valid ID
- social security number
- healthcare card or Carta Regionale dei Servizi Sanitari (Regional Healthcare Services Document)
Patients from European Community Countries must also bring model E111 or the European Health Insurance Card.
What you should bring
In case of extended stay we suggest you bring
- personal items
- toiletries
- biancheria personale
- underwear
- pajamas (nightwear)
- dressing gown
- slippers
- towels
- preferred detergents
Out patients should bring:
- cotton pajamas
- dressing gown
- slippers and cotton socks
