MultiLab is capable of providing diagnostic results with great sensitivity, specificity and efficiency because it has an entirely innovative activity model compared with the current Italian and European scenario.
MultiLab's entire system operates in Web-based mode, with an effective information system that enables Clients to interact with us via secure links over the Internet, just as if they were wards in one of our hospitals, receiving and viewing the results of the requested diagnostics in real-time.

The activity More specifically, MultiLab's Mercurio System is a software application, usable with a browser, which is perfectly integrated with the laboratory processes, and that enables our clients to exploit fully all the benefits of Multilab’s solution portfolio:

♦ Eliminating identification errors by assigning an unambiguous patient code and sample code     ♦ Cutting the waiting time between taking the sample and the availability of the report:

guided sample taking activity providing detailed instructions to the person taking the samples as regards the type and the number of test tubes to be used and the biological material to be collected depending on the foreseen tests prior planning of the laboratory activities, made possible by the immediate availability, from the time the information relative to the examinations to be performed is accepted (quantity and type) use of the sample taken directly in the productive cycle the time needed to deliver the report is eliminated thanks to the electronic signature and the on-line consulting and report printing system

♦ Continuous information regarding the sample's progress, thanks to a real-time query system.     ♦ On-line guide providing sample taking, preservation and sample transport procedures The MultiLab web site provides the following features, in addition to the normal information detailing the Laboratory's presentation and structure:

detailed menu of the tests performed (clinical significance, execution methodology, reference values, execution time frames, samples transfer procedures) dedicated reporting software available online for institutional clients with special attention paid to aspects of privacy

The application system exploits the most advanced technologies to implement excellence in operating practice and does not have special hardware requirements.
