Booking through the Web It is possible to book examinations and procedures without calling MultiMedica Group’s CUP (Booking Center): online, through the Web. Who can use the online form? All patients, whether with a referral from the ASL or paying and/or with coverage (Insurance, Institutes, Funds) may complete a booking request. Just fill in the form below, with your personal information and information regarding the desired performance and facility. It is very important to include a valid and correct phone number (mobile or fixed) where you can be reached by CUP staff to complete your booking procedure.
	Timing Once the online form has been sent with all the required data, patients will be called back within 48 hours on business days.
