At MultiMedica a research area has been developed in order to:

Sustain and promote clinical and basic research projects aiming to prevent, alleviate diseases or treat patients

Create multi-discipline synergies across specialized areas driving for global integrated management of single projects

Integrate the relationship between basic research and the clinic rapidly bringing study results to the patient’s bedside

Foster new ideas and creative applications within the diverse medical disciplines comprising the Group’s facilities

Provide continuing education and training to students, lab technicians, nurses, biologists and physicians
The methodology adopted to meet these objectives requires:

coordination of all activities including education, clinical-professional, and related to scientific research is assigned to the Scientific Department through its dedicated Scientific dept. office.

the organization of monthly meetings with the Managing Director, the heads of the Scientific Department and the heads of the clinical and research Departments to monitor current activities and outline future development projects.

effective control management over budget data and job orders to ensure a clear view of the organization at all times
