MultiMedica Foundation onlus

The MultiMedica Foundation ONLUS was founded in 2004 with the aim of promoting and supporting scientific research, professional and cultural training, and encouraging the return of Italian scholars who emigrated abroad, through the provision of scholarships for research activities.


In order to achieve these aims, Foundation proposes to carry out the following activities:

  • To carry out research activities with funds deriving from contributions or research contracts either independently or together with deserving scholars and qualified scientific institutions
  • Promoting the realization of scientific meetings and study conferences, congresses, seminars, exhibitions
  • Institution of scientific libraries and databases
  • Transmit culture scientific and technical culture in the various branches of science

Ente Ospedaliero Ospedali Galliera – Project “A randomized, 2×2 biomarker prevention trial of low-dose aspirin and metformin in colon cancer patients” – Duration 36 months – Collaboration contract for scientific research activities – euro 10,000 – collection date 23/03/2018;
Ministry of Labour and Social Policies “5 per thousand of Irpef” financial year 2016 – euro 29,725.36 – collection data 16/08/2018
The MultiMedica Onlus Foundation also announces that during 2018 it will be the Beneficiary Body of the following funding not yet disbursed by Public Bodies:

Lombardy Region through Finlombarda Spa (Manager) as part of the call for tenders for R&D line aggregations pursuant to Concession Decree no. 13038 of December 6, 2016:
a) Project ID 141774 – CUP E47H16001400009 – Technological and management innovation for the defence of frailty and continuity of care for the elderly (INTEGRA) – Duration 24 months + 6 months of authorised extension – Total Eligible Expenditure Lead Partner Fondazione MultiMedica Onlus euro 720,000 of which Non-repayable Financial Intervention euro 288,000.
b) Project ID 149064 – CUP E27H16001000009 – Study and development of new pro- and prebiotic products for the prevention and treatment of dysmetabolism (PROBIOTIKA’) – Duration 24 months + 6 months of authorized extension – Total Eligible Expenditure Partner Fondazione MultiMedica Onlus euro 200.000 of which Non-repayable Financial Intervention euro 80.000.
