UGO accompanies and assists the person
UGO supports visits, therapies and commissions
UGO manages home-hospital travel
As a family member “on request”
1. Ensures patient safety and autonomy
2. Gives support and more serenity to his family
Families who manage a loved one who is ill do their utmost to stand by his side, but their commitments do not always allow for sufficient presence. UGO intervenes to temporarily assume the role of the family member, facilitating the management of daily activities, the correct development of the therapeutic path and the respect of appointments.
What does a UGO Accompanier do?
UGO reaches the person at home to help them out and together they reach the health facility: UGO drives the user’s car or provides their own car.
In UGO hospital, he stays with the patient all the time and then takes him back home to the visit/seat finished.
Our accompanying persons are selected after verification of documents.
After a cognitive interview they are trained by the UGO Team and by external Health Partners.
How does UGO work?
The UGO driver can drive the patient’s car (a special kasko insurance is activated in this case) or make his car available.
During the time spent at the health facility, the patient is then assisted and helped to deal with administrative formalities and supported during visits and therapies, and then taken home once the visit is over.
