As part of our visits / services provided to companies, we report our protocols drawn up in accordance with current legislation.
1 – Protocol Eye Examination for Workers with Video Screens
2 – VisioTest protocol for screeners
3 – Tetanus Vaccination Protocol
4 – Hepatitis B Vaccination Protocol
1 – Eye Examination Protocol for workers in video terminals.
Opthalmological examination:
-
- Anamnesis (job-related)
- Visual acuity for each eye in the natural
.
- Visus with best correction
- Ophthalmoscopic examination in miosis (fundus)
- Interpupillary distance
- Anterior segment examination with biomicroscope (adnexa and conjunctiva, cornea and crystalline lens)
- Ocular tension
- Lachrymal Functionality (inspection)
- Chromatic sense (highlight color blindness ISHIARA test)
- Keratometry/Refractometry
- Eventual lenses prescription
Optical examination:
- History
- Ocular motility
- Stereoscopic sense
- Objective and subjective functional convergence
- Accommodation
Useful information for the employee .
It is recommended to bring documentation of previous visits, glasses, if in use; contact lens wearers, it is reported to equip themselves to be able to remove them at the time.
2 – VisioTest protocol for screenwashers
The VisioTest allows for the following visual screening tests to be performed:
Distant Vision Test:.
- Acuity measurement
- Astigmatism detection
- Hypermetropia detection with additional lenses
- Binocular checks
- Stereoscopic vision
- Ametropia trend with bichromatic test
- Vertical and horizontal hole detection
- Color perception with Ishihara tables
Test in close-up view:
- Acuity measurement
- Astigmatism detection
- Hypermetropia detection with additional lenses
- Binocular checks
- Stereoscopic vision
- Ametropia trend with bichromatic test
- Vertical and horizontal hole detection
On average, the tests take about 1 minute per person.
The VisioTest must be understood as a screening test, then as a first selection of subjects with no obvious pathology, from subjects with obvious visual pathology.
It may be necessary, for the purposes of the judgment of suitability for the specific task drawn up by the competent doctor, a second level of investigation, more in-depth, through specialist eye examination.
It is also compiled an evaluation sheet of the musculoskeletal system, the oculo-visual apparatus, psychological and psychosomatic disorders in relation to the use of video terminals.
3 – Protocol for tetanus vaccination.
According to the regulations L. 292/63 D.P.R. 1301/65 L. 419/68 D.M. 3/75 the employer must subject its staff “at risk” to tetanus vaccination. We remind you that among the staff “at risk” include:
- agricultural workers
- breeders
- canters
- straders
- construction workers
- asphalt workers
- paper and cardboard workers
- Wood workers
- metallurgists and metalworkers
- maritime and port workers
The screening involves 3 administrations:
1 DOSE .
2 DOSES AT 6/8 WEEKS AFTER THE FIRST .
3 DOSES AT 6/12 MONTHS FROM THE FIRST.
It is then expected a first booster after 4/5 years and then every 9/10 years.
4 – Protocol for Hepatitis B vaccination.
If the pre-vaccine control examinations give a negative result, we will proceed with the cycle of 3 administrations in the times indicated:
1st DOSE .
2nd dose after 1 month from the first.
3rd DOSE AFTER 6 MONTHS FROM FIRST
After 1 month from the 3rd dose repeat: Hbs AB Quantitative dosage.
