on 30.03.2021 there are no active “class actions” against MultiMedica spa.

The right of “simple” civic access (granted by art. 5, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 33/2013) represents the possibility for citizens to request data, documents and information held by public administrations or public service concessionaires, for which there is an obligation to publish in the “Transparent Administration” section and this has been omitted.
Accredited health facilities and those under contract with the Health Service are subject to the right of civic access in relation only to data, documents and information relating to the performance of health care activities.

The right of “generalized” civic access (granted by art. 5, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 33/2013) represents the right of every citizen to access data, documents and information held by public administrations or public service concessionaires, in addition to those subject to mandatory publication.
The generalized civic access is exercised in compliance with the limits related to the protection of public and private interests legally relevant, as provided for in art. 5-bis of the aforementioned decree.
